The first reason why children watch TV is to have fun. There are many different programmes on telly that children watch. An example of this is spongebob squarepants.
Another important reason why kids watch TV is to learn new things. There are lot of different programmes that teach children new information. An example of this is when children watch a documentary on animals.
The final reason why children watch TV is to give their parents a break. Parents work very hard at their jobs and they need to relax. An example of this is when a dad has had a long day, the kids can watch t.v and the dad can have a break.
People watch TV everyday. Children watch TV at different times and will probably continue to do this in the future.
